Carl Cranz Gesellschaft, registered association
High-Quality and Practical Continuing Education – For Over 63 Years
In 1961, leading figures from research, industry, and academia founded the Carl Cranz Gesellschaft. They named the association after Carl Cranz, the creator of modern ballistics and a professor of technical physics at the Technical University of Berlin. The original aim was to provide defense-related training and education for university graduates and professionals from industry and the armed forces. Over time, the society has expanded its scope far beyond the realm of defense technology.
