Termin

geplant 2013

Location

Oberpfaffenhofen

Scientific Coordination

Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. A. Schroth, CCG e.V., Oberpfaffenhofen

Focus

Processing of coherent digitized radar data to achieve significant increases in radar detection performance and enhanced resolution * various types of pulse compression waveforms for high range resolution and optimal transmitted power * Doppler processing for clutter rejection and enhanced cross-range imaging * relationship of PRF (pulse repetition frequency) to range and Doppler ambiguities * different antenna types and their potential for enhanced angular resolution via signal processing * CFAR (constant false alarm rate) techniques for detection in inhomogeneous clutter * synthetic aperture radar processing for strip map and spotlight modes * inverse SAR and interferometric SAR * target tracking * advanced spectral estimation algorithms for high-resolution beamforming and imaging * system requirements and the application of signal processing to practical radar systems
